Gyap — gap, qatyol va bir martalik yig'imlarni yuritish uchun ilova. Ushbu siyosat Gyap jamoasi (Samina Soft, O'zbekiston) sizning qanday ma'lumotlaringizni yig'ishi, ulardan qanday foydalanishi va ularni qanday himoya qilishini tushuntiradi.
Gyap pulni qabul qilmaydi, saqlamaydi va o'tkazmaydi. Karta yoki bank ma'lumotlaringiz bizda yo'q va so'ralmaydi.
1. Qanday ma'lumotlar yig'iladi
- Telegram orqali kirishda: Telegram ID, ism, username, profil rasmi va — Telegram orqali ulashsangiz — telefon raqamingiz.
- Profil: ilovada o'zingiz kiritgan ism va rasm.
- Gap ma'lumotlari: gap nomi, a'zolar, navbat tartibi, summa va valyuta, to'lov belgilari, yig'ilish joyi va vaqti, qo'shilish so'rovlari.
- Suhbat: gap ichidagi xabarlaringiz.
- Texnik: push-bildirishnoma tokeni, qurilma tili va platformasi, xatolik jurnallari.
2. Nimalar yig'ilmaydi
- Karta raqami, bank hisobi yoki boshqa to'lov ma'lumotlari.
- Joylashuvingiz kuzatilmaydi.
- Reklama trekerlari ishlatilmaydi; ma'lumotlaringiz hech kimga sotilmaydi.
3. Ma'lumotlardan qanday foydalaniladi
Faqat xizmatni ishlatish uchun: gaplaringizni a'zolarga ko'rsatish, navbat va to'lov eslatmalarini yuborish, kalendar yuritish, savollaringizga javob berish hamda firibgarlik va suiiste'molning oldini olish.
4. Ma'lumotlaringizni kim ko'radi
- Gap a'zolari: siz a'zo bo'lgan gapdagi ismingiz, rasmingiz va to'lov yozuvlaringizni o'sha gapning a'zolari ko'radi — ilovaning mohiyati shu.
- Xizmat ko'rsatuvchilar: Google Firebase (ma'lumotlar bazasi, bildirishnomalar; serverlar Yevropa Ittifoqida — europe-west1) va Telegram (kirish uchun).
- Davlat organlari: faqat qonun talab qilgan hollarda.
5. Saqlash va xavfsizlik
Ma'lumotlar Google Firebase serverlarida (Yevropa Ittifoqi) saqlanadi va uzatishda shifrlanadi. Kirish qoidalari shunday sozlanganki, gap ma'lumotlarini faqat o'sha gapning a'zolari o'qiy oladi.
6. Qancha vaqt saqlanadi va qanday o'chiriladi
Ma'lumotlar hisobingiz faol bo'lgan davrda saqlanadi. Hisobni ilovaning o'zida o'chirishingiz mumkin: Profil → Hisobni o'chirish. Bunda profilingiz va shaxsiy ma'lumotlaringiz o'chiriladi; boshqa a'zolarning hisob-kitobi uchun zarur bo'lgan gap yozuvlari hisobingizga bog'lanmagan holda gap tarixida qoladi.
7. Huquqlaringiz
Ma'lumotlaringizni ilovada ko'rishingiz va tahrirlashingiz, hisobingizni istalgan vaqtda o'chirishingiz mumkin. Savollar uchun: @gyapuz_bot.

Gyap — приложение для ведения гапов, катёлов и разовых сборов. Эта политика объясняет, какие данные собирает команда Gyap (Samina Soft, Узбекистан), как они используются и как защищаются.
Gyap не принимает, не хранит и не переводит деньги. Данных карт и банковских реквизитов у нас нет, и мы их не запрашиваем.
1. Какие данные собираются
- При входе через Telegram: Telegram ID, имя, username, фото профиля и — если вы поделитесь им через Telegram — номер телефона.
- Профиль: имя и фото, которые вы указали в приложении.
- Данные гапа: название, участники, очерёдность, сумма и валюта, отметки об оплате, место и время встреч, заявки на вступление.
- Чат: ваши сообщения внутри гапа.
- Технические: токен push-уведомлений, язык и платформа устройства, журналы ошибок.
2. Что не собирается
- Номера карт, банковские счета и другие платёжные данные.
- Ваше местоположение не отслеживается.
- Рекламные трекеры не используются; данные никому не продаются.
3. Как используются данные
Только для работы сервиса: показ ваших гапов участникам, напоминания об очереди и платежах, календарь, ответы на обращения, а также предотвращение мошенничества и злоупотреблений.
4. Кто видит ваши данные
- Участники гапа: ваше имя, фото и записи об оплатах видят участники того гапа, в котором вы состоите — в этом суть приложения.
- Поставщики услуг: Google Firebase (база данных, уведомления; серверы в Европейском союзе — europe-west1) и Telegram (для входа).
- Государственные органы: только в случаях, предусмотренных законом.
5. Хранение и безопасность
Данные хранятся на серверах Google Firebase (Европейский союз) и шифруются при передаче. Правила доступа настроены так, что данные гапа могут читать только его участники.
6. Срок хранения и удаление
Данные хранятся, пока активен ваш аккаунт. Удалить аккаунт можно в самом приложении: Профиль → Удалить аккаунт. При этом профиль и личные данные удаляются; записи гапа, необходимые для расчётов других участников, остаются в истории гапа без привязки к вашему аккаунту.
7. Ваши права
Вы можете просматривать и редактировать свои данные в приложении и в любой момент удалить аккаунт. Вопросы: @gyapuz_bot.
8. Возрастное ограничение
Gyap предназначен для пользователей старше 18 лет.
9. Изменения
При изменении политики обновляется дата на этой странице; о существенных изменениях мы сообщим в приложении.
Privacy Policy

Gyap is an app for running gaps (rotating savings circles), qatyols and one-off collections. This policy explains what data the Gyap team (Samina Soft, Uzbekistan) collects, how it is used and how it is protected.
Gyap never accepts, holds or transfers money. We do not have and do not ask for your card or bank details.
1. What we collect
- When you sign in with Telegram: your Telegram ID, name, username, profile photo and — if you share it through Telegram — your phone number.
- Profile: the name and photo you set in the app.
- Gap data: gap name, members, turn order, amount and currency, payment marks, gathering place and time, join requests.
- Chat: your messages inside a gap.
- Technical: push notification token, device language and platform, error logs.
2. What we do not collect
- Card numbers, bank accounts or any other payment details.
- Your location is not tracked.
- No advertising trackers; your data is never sold.
3. How we use data
Only to run the service: showing your gaps to their members, sending turn and payment reminders, keeping the calendar, answering your requests, and preventing fraud and abuse.
4. Who sees your data
- Gap members: your name, photo and payment records in a gap are visible to that gap's members — that is the point of the app.
- Service providers: Google Firebase (database, notifications; servers in the European Union — europe-west1) and Telegram (for sign-in).
- Authorities: only where the law requires it.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on Google Firebase servers (European Union) and encrypted in transit. Access rules are configured so that a gap's data can only be read by its members.
6. Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account inside the app: Profile → Delete account. Your profile and personal data are then removed; gap records that other members' ledgers depend on remain in the gap's history without any link to your account.
7. Your rights
You can view and edit your data in the app and delete your account at any time. Questions: @gyapuz_bot.
8. Age limit
Gyap is intended for users aged 18 and over.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the date on this page is updated; we will announce significant changes in the app.
